Site-Specific Clinical Support Package

The support package was designed with remote operations in mind. The Service will assist the site-based health care staff in providing outpatient services with clinical and pharmaceutical support. It gives the integral safety management system for site-based clinical practice.

The Clinical Governance Committee provides medical oversight and authority to practice for our health professionals. The committee determines the clinical practice material for all RMA health staff to follow and scope of practice for each health worker.

Our Clinical Practice Guidelines (CPG’s) are the cornerstone of our clinical governance framework. The CPG’s are based on the CARPA Standard Treatment Manual (STM) 7th edition and the CRANAplus Clinical Procedures Manual for Remote and Rural practice (CPM) 4th edition.

RMA will hold the appropriate poison permit to ensure the legal purchase, storage and use of medications for your operations. The permit holder will be one of our experienced Medical Officers who has an in-depth knowledge of the work environment and staff qualifications.

Advisory Services

RMA provides a range of professional health consulting services to government and corporate clients, specifically in complex health care environments. We aim to provide our clients with industry best information and advice at both strategic and operational levels to facilitate informed decisions around procurement and health asset investments, management of health resources and compliance and legislative matters.

Staffing Solutions

Staffing is so much more than people on the ground. We believe any health staffing solution should be holistic. To achieve this, we have adopted an “Integral approach” to staffing. This approach focuses on addressing a ‘whole of business’ performance perspective, providing tangible results for staff and our clients.

Some of our frontline staffing options may include:

  • Degree qualified Paramedic Practitioners and Paramedics (AHPRA registered)
  • Tele-Paramedics (AHPRA Registered)
  • Nurse Practitioners (AHPRA registered)
  • Registered Nurses (AHPRA registered)
  • Enrolled Nurses (AHPRA registered)
  • Diploma qualified Industrial Medics (AHPRA registered with restrictions)
  • Certificate IV Healthcare medics

We have developed integrated staffing solutions. As well as a pure health professional, we can provide a combined staffing model. Duel trained staff who are adequately supported become highly cost-effective and clinically safe when using our Tele-Health services to support an operation.

RMA Medical Rescue International
